Micky Finn's Announces New 'Birthday Club' - 10% Discount On Birthday Purchases

March 3 is an important date at Micky Finn’s. In 1999, the first Micky Finn’s location (the Five Points store) opened its doors, making history in the Pee Dee and completely revolutionizing the liquor industry in the area. Micky Finn’s began as the largest liquor, beer, and wine store in the Pee Dee and, eventually, the largest liquor wholesaler in the state.

By all accounts, March, 3 is Micky Finn’s birthday. 

Twenty-five years later, March 3 became an important date for the company yet again when it opened its doors across from Buc-cee’s in Florence, making the new store its third location in Florence, South Carolina. 

With that in mind, Micky Finn’s is preparing a celebration for its 26th anniversary as a business and it’s 1 year anniversary for the Buc-cee’s location. More details about that celebration will be announced soon. 

However, Micky Finn’s has already announced one early birthday surprise for its customers – the new Birthday Club program. The program is simple – visit any Micky Finn’s location on your birthday, present your I.D., and receive 10% off any one bottle of liquor or wine in the store. 

The Birthday Club special is offered at all three stores and, if you’re willing to take a drive, you can visit each store and receive the discount at each location. 

“Birthday’s are important,” said Micky Finn’s owner Rick Havekost. “We’re celebrating our birthday as a company and we want our customers to begin their own birthday celebration with us at Micky Finn’s.” 

While many in Florence know Micky Finn's as a staple in the area, many will also remember how the company completely revolutionized the liquor, beer, and wine industry in the Pee Dee when it opened its doors in the late 90's, something it continues to do today.
